Receive a 100% refund if your plans change for any reason at least 48 hours prior to departure on tours that do not include airfare. Please see cancel policy for activities on the order page for any exceptions. Some activities need 72 hours to cancel and large parties of 6 or more need 72 hours or more. This will also be on your voucher.

Receive your voucher the same day after booking your tour or activity, provided it hasn't sold out or is unavailable, which happens occasionally. Should a tour or activity be unavailable on your preferred date, our sales representative will let you know alternative dates. You may also call our office between the hours of 5:30 am to 5:30 pm HST prior to booking your tour or activity to guarantee immediate assistance.
